collection
変更されたコレクション。
item
移動された項目。
oldIndex
項目の以前のインデックス。
newIndex
項目の新しいインデックス。
itemTypeDisplayName
エンドユーザーに提示される通りのコレクション内の項目のタイプを表す文字列、またはタイプ名と項目の両方またはいずれか一方を使用するためには null。

System.ArgumentNullExceptioncollection は null であってはいけません。
System.ArgumentExceptioncollection は読み取り専用にできません。
