AllowDrag プロパティは、MdiTab の位置を変更できるかどうかを決定します。デフォルトでは、MdiTab はそのタブ自体が含まれている TabGroup 内で位置を変更でき、また TabGroups内の他の MdiTabGroup オブジェクトへ位置を変更できます。WithinTabGroup に設定すると、MdiTab はそのタブ自体が含まれる TabGroup 内でのみ位置を変更できるようになります。別の TabGroup にドラッグすることはできず、新しい MdiTabGroup を作成するために使用することもできません。None に設定すると、MdiTabはドラッグできません。
