解説

UltraDateTimeEditor コントロールはスピン ボタンが表示されるかどうか、またどのように表示されるのかを制御する機能を提供します。

常に (デフォルト) に設定すると、スピン ボタンは常に表示されます。

Neverに設定すると、スピンボタンは表示されません。

OnMouseEnterに設定した場合、カーソルがコントロールの境界に移動するとスピンボタンが表示され、外に移動すると非表示になります。
