ツールが現在編集モードであるときに、このプロパティはTrueを返します。編集モードになるツールは、自動的にアクティブツールになります。コントロールがフォーカスを失うか、このプロパティを False に設定することによって、編集モードがコードによって終了されるまで、ツールは編集モードのままです。
