Add メソッドは、新しい行を作成してコレクションに追加します。raiseAddEvents 引数に True を指定すると、RowAdding イベントと RowAdded イベントが発生します。RowAdding イベントをキャンセルすると、コレクションに新しい行は追加されず、このメソッドはnullを返します。
