アクションの実行禁止状態を設定します。これらは、このマッピングを有効にするためにコントロールに禁止される状態を指定するビットフラグです。コントロールの現在の状態を示すビットフラグで、これらのビットのいずれかがONになっている場合、このマッピングは無視されます。
