解説

ToolTipTextFormatted は、ToolTipTextStyle が ToolTipTextStyle.Formatted に設定されているか、ToolTipTextStyle が ToolTipTextStyle.Default に設定され ToolTipText プロパティがブランクである場合に限って使用されます。
