プロパティ解説
Row 行（通常はセルが属する行）を返します。
解説

row 引数は、アクティブになる行のプロパティの設定やそのメソッドの呼び出しに使用できる、UltraGridRowオブジェクトへの参照を返します。この参照を使用して、返された行のプロパティを設定したり、メソッドを呼び出したりすることができます。

このイベントは、行がアクティブになる前、つまり行がフォーカスを取得する前に生成されます。

BeforeRowDeactivate イベントは、行が非アクティブになる前、つまり行がフォーカスを失う前に生成されます。

このイベントの後に AfterRowActivate イベント (行がアクティブになった後に発生するイベント) が発生します。
