Defaultデフォルトを使用します。オブジェクトの親の設定が使用されます。
NotAllowed不可。ユーザーは列を移動できません。
WithinBandバンド内。ユーザーは列を同一バンド内で移動できます。
WithinGroupグループ内。ユーザーは列を同一グループ内で移動できます。
解説

AllowColMoving 列挙体は、オーバーライドの UltraGridOverride.AllowColMoving プロパティを指定するために使用されます。
