maintainPreviousStateパラメーターは、グループ化されたフローティング ペインを再ドッキングする方法を決定するために使用されます。複数のドッキング領域からペインを取得して、ひとつのフローティング ペイン グループでグループ化することができます。そのフローティング グループをドッキングできます。maintainPreviousStateが True に設定されると、各ペインの前のドッキング状態が保持されグループのドッキングによって、ペインすべてを元の位置に再ドッキングします。maintainPreviousStateに対して False を指定することによってフローティング グループがドッキングされる時にペインは代わらずに一緒にすることができますす(そしてドッキングの位置を変えることができます)。
決してドッキングされたことがないフローティング ペインに対してこのメソッドを呼び出す場合、ペインはクライアント領域の右側に沿ってドッキングします。
