メンバ解説
Deferred垂直スクロールバーのつまみをトラックしている際、つまみがリリースされるまで、行はスクロールされません。スクロール チップが代わりに表示されます。
Immediate垂直スクロールバーのつまみをトラックすると行がすぐにスクロールされます。スクロール ツールチップはデフォルトでは表示されません。この設定は UltraGridOverride.TipStyleScroll によってオーバーライドできます。
