アクティブのコントロールを格納する DockableControlPane を返します。またはアクティブのコントロールがない、またはアクティブのコントロールがドッキング可能なペイン内に格納されていない場合には、null を返します。DockableControlPane が入力フォーカスを持っているコントロールを格納している場合には、アクティブと考えられます。アクティブなペインが変更されるときに PaneActivatePaneDeactivate が発生します。
